Initial visits are 30 minutes and monthly follow ups are 15 minutes.

Medications are prescribed for 30 days at a time and refilled in monthly follow up visits.

We do not run your health insurance for your monthly visits but we do encourage you to turn in the visit to your insurance for up to 70% out of network coverage if you qualify according to your insurance company.

Medications are not covered under the plan, you may use your health insurance for them if eligible and we also offer coupons if the medications are not covered by insurance.
